Edit (some weeks later): You only need to sign up if you want to start a Twitter User Group blog.

    This site is here to help local Twitter users organise meetups and other related social events.
    The idea is you create something like “yourcity.twitterusergroup.com” for Twitter events and gatherings in your city. (I think… nick?)

    There’s space a-plenty for photos, videos, and other stuff… 400MB disk space initially, but more if needed.
